Hello everyone
Th operating system on my laptop will not start, so I need to use the intstallation/a recovery disc to repair windows however there are two problems

1) The disk drive is broken so i cant use a disc to boot
2) The laptop was previously owned by a friend, and neither of us know what the administrators password is, so I can't edit the boot options to boot from a usb.

Is there anything that I can do to get around these problems? Thanks
