Unreliable Fps with Gaming Laptop

I recently bought the the MSI GT70 Dominator, and Ive been having some issues with frame rate. Unturned only runs at 25 fps sometimes, and I can't get minecraft over 30fps. League of Legends sometimes dips below 30 fps on max settings, but also sometimes gets above 60fps. Why are my frame rates so unpredictable, and why cant I get minecraft over 30 fps??

You should have a program that came on your computer no idea what it is called for MSI but from there you should be able to manually select the the video card of your choice to use on Minecraft. Turning off your Antivirus when playing the game may help as well. Norton is a resource hog.
