Building a PC for use on both sides of the Atlantic

I'm looking to build my first PC this winter, and I want it to last a few years. Only problem is that I intend to move from Montreal to London to New York over the next several years, and I don't know pretty much anything about building a PC.

So basically my main concern is dealing with the power supply; is there any way to have a system that will easily switch between US and UK voltage?

Hey, what you are looking for is a flexible PSU, it costs about 60 dollars more. It will allow you to move your PC from Montreal to London without a hassle.
This is a very good PC that should be able to last a couple of years (thanks to i5 processor) including this special Power supply unit (PSU) for a reasonable price:

Also if you are interested in gaming then you can also add this graphics card to your PC (I use this personally and am loving it):
