You will need to print a self-configuration page. For this model I believe its does not have support for network. And so, you have to use USB or Parallel connection depending on what connectivity you have. If you need to use it on a network, you will have to install the printer to a local machine with direct connection using a USB/Parallel cable and then share the printer driver over the network. But to be able to print, the computer where the printer is attached to MUST ALWAYS be on so that you can be able to print from a different station or computer.
