cant reboot when i strike f1

This normally means that your PC is trying to boot off a hard drive without a boot sector, which obviously it can't do, and it tries to deal with the error as best it can. Without looking it's hard to say, but I'd suggest hard resetting, then tapping F8 repeatedly to get to the Device Manager, which will let you choose the appropriate drive.
