Whats wrong with my computer?

Just today my computer began randomly putting in random symbols whilst typing, mostly this symbol ]. Also it will randomly scroll web pages up and down. Minimized pages will open on their own. What is going on? I have determined its not the keyboard! Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

You've definitely got an infection and need to reinstall. If you don't have your files (Documents, pictures, music, etc.) backed up you can try to do so now but it may not let you and they too may be infected so before using any of those files later on make sure you scan them for both viruses and malware. There are ways to attempt to clean the system but they will probably require the use of another computer to get the necessary files and honestly, just reinstalling windows will probably be the fastest and most effective method.

I already did that! I quarantined all the threats, but it continued to happen.

Yes it will. Now its starting to open new web pages without me opening them aswell

try running in safe mode or reinstalling if you can.
