What gaming PC should my friend get?

He will play and host Minecraft server at the same time, and play Amnesia and other games, even some COD. He wants something better than Mac Pro, but he needs small form factor, but still a desktop. He needs to take it back and forth to different houses once a week. What should he get? It needs to be HDMI.
