Here's a link to a video that shows a GTX 770 ultra 1080p benchmarks, although I think it may be the 2GB version. If you have any questions about the 770 4GB please feel free to ask because I have the 770 4GB.

P.S. I'll keep looking for benchmarks and see if I can specifically find the 4GB version.

Here's a video that shows 770 fps gameplay on ultra at 1440p although, once again, I don't know if it's the 4GB version or not.

I'm afraid I haven't played GTA IV on PC and I haven't tried an i5 with this card. I actually use a FX-8320 that runs at 3.5 GHz. What I can say is that I'v played some of the most demanding games for PC and my 770 4GB has pwned all of them. Like, for instance, I played Watch Dogs on ultra, MSAAx4 (SMAA sometimes depending on how many fps I want) with the E3 mods installed on it and I get an average of high 30's-50 fps. I'm guessing you'll be able to play Watch Dogs at a higher fps than me since your CPU is a little better than mine I think.

So if I can run Watch Dogs with my set-up than you can most assuredly run GTA IV on your PC at ultra and 45 fps easily. You'll probably run it at 60 fps or much higher. I really doubt it'll drop under 45 fps and it does it'll because of your Hard Drive was loading or something weird like that lol.

Here's a video showing someone playing GTA IV on ultra at 1080p with a GTX 770 (he's using the 2GB version) and an i5-4670k:

You'll be able to run it easily :)

Oh and I just read in the comments section of that video and the guy said he was getting 80-90 fps so you're good to go lol.

I would rather get a 4GB R9 290 which is a better card that could be the same price as a 770 4GB, or it might be cheaper ( depends on which version of the 770 you're buying).

Here's one for $370 after rebate:

If for some reason that doesn't work then I can just add you as a friend on Steam lol. Sorry, I just recently changed my username so my profile may not show up yet on the Steam database.

Alright, I sent the friend request. The link didn't work for some reason so I just looked your username up. I don't why the steam links aren't working, hopefully they'll fix that soon.
