What Should I Expect Out Of Mine i 4790k

I agree that 4.4 is probably what he should expect to get, although if he did manage a 4.5 or 4.6 I wouldn't be totally shocked nor if he only got 4.2. Higher than 4.6 is possible but he'd have to be on the winning side of the silicone lottery.

I had a VI Formula with a 4770K and a H100i and 4.3 was as stable as I could ever achieve.
I sold my 4770k and messed up my mb by putting the dust cover on wrong and bent some
pins on the socket. I handed it in to a pc fix it shop, and they broke off 3 pins.
I sold a guitar, and bought a VII Formula as if I waited for the new X99 boards, my new 4790K CPU
and my Ram would not work in it. I got rid of the H100i and bought a XSPC AX240 WC system.
I am now almost finished with the build, I need one more fan and a adapter plate for the Phobya
200mm Radiator so I can attach the fan. I ordered some M3-55mm screws too, as the shroud
comes with nothing. Once I learn to OC better, I believe I will hit 5.0

Im running EIDA 64 supreme plus cpuz and gpuz and realtemp and HW Monitor all at the same time for test.

I have a stress test running and many other programs at the same
time to TRY and crash my PC. If it can run stable under these
conditions, then just gaming is no problem.
Here are my temps when Im not under 100% cpu and fpu load:
