My gaming pc build :

MOBO : Gigabyte GA-Z97X-UD5H-BK Black Edition
CPU : intel core i7-4770k haswell 3.5ghz 8m lga 1150
GPU : Gigabyte GTX 780 GHz Edition 3GB GDDR5
RAM : G.skill RipjawsX 16GB (2 X 8GB) DDR3 2133 CL9
HDD : Western Digital 500GB / 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5'' (enough for me)
Corsair cooler + fans + other stuff

Yes, it will be enough. Corsair is known to make/rebrand high-quality units (except the ones whose model numbers start with a C).

Yes, but it is a bit overkill unless you want to SLI one day. you only really need a 650w or so.

However, you could save some money and get this Seasonic 850w (it comes in 650w too if you want to save some more money) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

I believe the seasonic is cheaper than the AX850.

Even 650 watts is enough for that build, no reason to go wtih 850w
