I recently got a Samsung SSD and I've forgotten to unplug my primary HDD when I installed my Windows 7 OS on the SSD. Now the problem is that the SDD's OS seemed to install just fine, but the moment windows booted up to the desktop screen (since it showed the newly installed OS, it was the default wallpaper, of course) it took maybe 5 seconds before my computer rebooted itself. Then it began going into a reboot loop, restarting everytime after the screen that says: "Press F2 or Del for UEFI . . ." and so on.
Now I've tried to clear the SSD and reinstall the OS, but the same problem arrives. Along with finding out that my HDD is now dead (it doesn't appear when I check the BIOS/UEFI, nor when I tried to reformat it with the Windows7 disk). The SSD seems to be fine, from what I can tell, since I plugged it into another computer and it read perfectly fine. I tried the same method of plugging the HDD into another computer, but it failed to read there as well. So now I think it's two separate problems of the reboot loop and a dead hard drive.
I'd like to fix the reboot loop before I go and buy another hard drive, since I'm not even entirely sure of the problem(s). I've been scouring the internet for help, and tried many methods that didn't solve this problem. I'm still pretty new to these type of problems and would appreciate any help anyone can offer. Thanks in advance!

P.S. I've also tried startup repair from my Windows CD, and 'solutions' that are similar -none have worked so far.
