Can I use Windows Drivers with a Razer Deathadder 2013 Edition?

Alright, I've ordered a new mouse to replace a wireless usb-based Logitech mouse that I have. I've ordered the Razer Deathadder 2013 Edition. Am I capable of using it straight out of the box or do I need the 'special' Razer drivers to even use the mouse?

Basically what I am saying...

Can I use the Windows native mouse drivers with a Razer Deathadder 2013 if I don't intend to use the Razer Deathadder's software because I don't want to use mouse profiles?

Okay here's another question... can I make sure that the mouse ONLY uses the windows drivers, cause after doing a bit of research on Synapse 2.0. I do not want spyware or such a program on my computer. It's a mouse, I don't need cloud-syncing for a mouse on my computer. Cause I don't want Windows Update downloading Razer Synapse cause APPARENTLY it is released through Windows Update now.

It won't download synapse automatically and synapse isn't spyware at all. I have it on my computer.

Well it tried to push the Synapse program onto me via Windows Update when it installed the drivers, which really irritates me because COME ON. I managed to go 'never install' and I didn't get an issue where it would pester me after reboot. Hopefully I'll be able to uninstall the drivers when the mouse breaks I hope.

You can easily delete razer synapse via programs list.

Umm, I never installed Synapse. I'm talking about Razer's drivers for the mouse, not Synapse.
Seems the only file it actually put onto the computer after I restarted and it wiped away the files of Synapse was a...
RzCoInstaller.dll.

Eh, should be as simple as unplugging the mouse and uninstalling the device via Device Manager.

Oh, whoops.

It's okay. Though it is a bit of an annoyance that Razer can just push the 'optional' software through Windows Update. I mean its just a plug and play device (The 4G doesn't even have onboard memory like the original 2013).
