I have just finished building my custom PC and now that I have that done, I am curious on what is the best pre-built brand? I'm not buying one, I just want to know if I didn't have the ability to build one what the best brand would've been? Alienware, CyberPowerPC, iBuyPower, Digital Storm, Falcon Northwest, OriginPC, what? This ISN'T in terms of money, this is in terms of customization (what one offers the most customization options), quality of parts, and quality of customer service. With the most customization options being my first priority (this means it has the ability to be the most powerful), followed by quality of parts. (But I definitely won't take some loose plastic over a single option being uncustomizable; be realistic!)

TL;DR: What gaming PC brand offers the most powerful PC currently customizable while sustaining quality parts and service. (NOT BUYING ONE - PRICE/VALUE IS MEANINGLESS.)

All brands are rip-offers. You're better off building one yourself. If you're really wondering, go with CyberpowerPC.
Take a look:

The least you could've done is read the thread, I am not interested in buying. I am curious on what is the best pre-built brand for future reference.

So you're saying all of the companies offer the same exact parts.

Well...there aren't but so many manufacturers of hard drives.
Or DVD drives
Or motherboards
Or CPUs
Or GPUs

Mix and match as desired. Any difference might come into actual construction, warranty, and after sale service.

There has to be at least one aspect of one company that makes it surpass the others.

Well...currently, that would probably be Alienware, with the bling factor. Or Apple, for the same reason.

A WD Blue 1TB hard drive in an Alienware is the exact same drive as you'd get in a CyberPower, or Walmart, or what I might buy from Amazon/Newegg.
Same with the CPU. There is no special IBuyPower CPU. They use the exact same ones as everyone else.
Same with all the other parts.

For all the prebuilt guys? The real difference might be what they do NOT skimp on.
"700W PSU!" Yeah....major crap PSU that actually only puts out 225W, no matter what the label says.
Or "Special liquid cooling!" Which actually performs worse than most of the better air coolers. But you pay an extra $50 for it. (Retail $85, so you're getting $35 off!)

Advertising/marketing is how they stay in business.
There is nothing special about those PC's.

I've heard both Alienware and CyberPowerPC are very cheap, the parts/hardware break a lot. For Alienware alone, I've heard countless times that their customer service is very lazy and cheap, and is often clustered with 'overpriced crap.' Are you claiming that all accusations on Alienware are false? You stated they are the best due to their bling, but you still meant the best. And Apple isn't for gaming, it's not even considerable in this topic.

??
No, I am not saying Alienware is 'the best'. Not even a little bit. I'm saying they have good brand recognition, and a lot of people flock to that brand.
Marketing.

Alienware started as a boutique brand, built up a little following, and then got subsumed into the general Dell arena.
But the brandname still exists.
Marketing.

Not entirely sure what you're asking or looking for here.
An i5 CPU is an i5 CPU...no matter what label is on the side of the case
A 650ti GPU is a 650ti GPU. It only plugs in one way, no matter what box it is in.
