Modular or Non Modular PSU?

So I'm looking into power supplies and I have a $70 budget for the PSU and I've narrowed it down to the Corsair CX series.

What I'm wondering is whether or not I should opt for more wattage but non modular or go for one with less wattage but modular.
Here is the rest of the build:

Is 600w enough? Or should I go with the 750w but without the convenience of a modular power supply?

Corsair CX power supplies use bad Caps. Seasonic, XFX, or Silverstone are THE best brands to get. Modular just makes your system look cleaner. I wouldn't worry about it unless you have a windowed case. 700 watts will be good, but you could just barely survive with 650, not reccomended.

Since Seasonic is generally 75+, this Rosewill is just as good. AND MODULAR.

Whilst the Rosewill looks great they do not ship to Australia (Newegg or Amazon). Some brands just don't ship out here but corsair does which was why I originally chose them for the PSU.

Sadly, in Australia, local stores are ridiculously expensive. Any PSUs available locally that are in my price range have wattage that's too low or poor quality.

I don't *want* Corsair, I only thought they looked good due to the massive amounts of high praise and reviews as well as the lower price. That PSU is just too far outside my price range. Because shipping to Australia is ~$10 and I cannot spend $100.

600Watt would be cutting it close. 750Watt would be better. I wouldnt worry about the modular. You will end up using almost all the connections anyway.

I'm not entirely sure why Corsair gets so much hate. They are name brand and as long as you don't overload it, it shouldn't melt down your computer.
