Good Gaming PC Build?

Can this build run the following on Ultra maintaining 60+ FPS?

Battlefield 4
Battlefield 3
GTA IV (40+ FPS is fine)
GTA V (Estimation)

Here's the build (I'll probably swap out the Gigabyte Windforce for an EVGA SuperClocked GTX 770 4GB (Wasnt available on PCPartsPicker):

More about good gaming build
  1. Watch Dogs and GTA V may need an i7-4790k CPU and GTX 780 to run smoothly on ultra, but otherwise, nice build. However, I would not recommend a Corsair CX series PSU; get a SeaSonic or XFX instead.
  2. You know what, fuck Watch_Dogs. I'm not going to upgrade all these parts just to play a stupid game. Can it run the other games though? Especially GTA IV?
  3. do you want ultra? get a ultra gpu :D

This is something strange to say,,, Are you looking for less performance for your money?
  10. Dont care about money, my parents are CEOs of a soda company and make $1M yearly (together). All I need is a gaming PC that can run 60 fps lowest (becuz 60hertz monitor is what im getting)

oh... okay.... Why this low budget pc if your parents make this much? :) and amd for your price range would be more suitable
  12. I want to not be a spoiled child. Also, my parents say im really good with not being spoiled and ask for everything like my other siblings, and i want to keep it this way

how does one game 'like' intel? BF4 has mantle support, something amd produces, DICe and AMD produced the game optimised for amd cards, whether the results that achieves are arguable, nevertheless, if anything bf4 leans more towards the amd side :)
  20. thanks sir, i never quite caught ur name?

  24. what about certified gold? what does that mean? is it a brand? like evga

it's a rating of the psu, bronze, gold, platinum
a gold 550w might do you fine, you might not even need a 600w

Do you want a gaming build? Your $1140 build is just fine. GTX770 is a fine gpu.

Do you want to play next gen games like GTA5 at ultra maintaining 60+ FPS? This is harder.

Can you do it with $1140? Yes but you have to spend your money wisely. Your cpu+mobo have to be strong enough but not too expensive. You have to search quality complementary parts at good price. Every penny you spare goes to the best gpu your money could buy. Thats it.

This is a $1140 build w/ OS based in those principles:
