Should I sell my GTX 570(s) or put them to use?

Hello computer gods,

The question below may be partly opinion-based, so I would enjoy hearing opinions from all of you.

My current setup:
- CPU: Intel Core i7-2600
- MB: ASRock Z68 PROFESSIONAL GEN3
- 3 monitors: 1) 27" 1080p, 2) 24" 1080p, 3) 24" 1280x1024.
- 2 GPUs: Both GTX 570s - Usually SLI is not activated
- GTX 570 #1 runs monitor 1
- GTX 570 #2 runs monitors 2 & 3
- I also have a new Superclocked GTX 780 ti being shipped to me via my boss

Main uses for my system include Lockheed Prepar3D v1.4 and 2.2 (for work) and games like BF3/4, UT3, etc.

How should I incorporate the 780 ti into my system? Should I...
a) Put it in, replacing both 570s, which I would then sell, burn, shoot, etc.
b) Use all three: 780 for primary (gaming) monitor, 570 #1 for other 2 monitors, and 570 #2 for PhysX (not sure if all 3 will physically fit)
c) Same as (b), except put 570 #2 in my work computer
d) Other

Thanks! I know you will help me make the best choice.

a.

You don't need it for 2 other monitors, the ti can run 3 monitors no problem. a 570 won't add anything for PhysX. Most test's I've seen with PhysX is that unless you are only going a step or so below the current card, it hurts more than it helps because it's so slow. IE, if you have a 770 to use, it may help. otherwise it's better to run the graphics and PhysX off a single card.

Thanks for your response. I would like to learn more:

So putting the 2 secondary monitors (only used for non-graphics-intensive things) on the 570 wouldn't take load off the 780 (used for gaming), raising the frame rate of the games? Why is that?

If I'm running a game on the primary monitor (run by 780), wouldn't it be better for the other two monitors (which would just be displaying my desktop) to be on another card so the 780 only has to run 1 monitor instead of 3?
