Need more power LGA 775

my current computer is being very slow lately and i think i need help. I know the basics and some advanced stuf but i need to know more.
Specs:
asus p5n73-am LGA775 DDR2
4gb RAM
Intel e5200 2.5 pentium duel-core
MSI HD 6450 1gb DDR3
200gb HDD
500watt PSU

I record for youtube and i get horrible frams due to my CPU usage being at 100 percent while recording. Could somebody recommend a better cpu or a better computer that i can upgrade with my current parts?

I also have seen used Q9550 and Q9650 Quad core's for that LGA775 socket, looks like your MoBo supports them... Between $40-$80 for the quads 2.8ghz-3.0ghz...

What's your budget?

Depending on your motherboard, you may be able to use a Core 2 Quad processor, which would certainly help. However, those processors for your motherboard would not only be used, but also 4 generations old.
