Hy, I will upragde my PC my specs is
Intel Core 2 Duo E7200
2GB Ram
1 Slot PCI-E x16

Are R7 240 Bottlenceks ?

No, R7 240 is a low-end crad, but that is relative. I could play BF3 at Low-Med with G3220, R7 240 and 8GB of RAM. Since E7200 and R7 240 are both not so fast, the R7 240 won't be a bottleneck. The system will be balanced, but i suggest an upgrade to at least G2030, if you can afford it.
