I am building a gaming computer for my wife, I have taken done a lot of research to the best of my knowledge and a lot of this build comes directly from the amd best budget build forum.

Approximate Purchase Date: October 1, 2014.
Budget Range: 650$ (I have set aside an additional 50 for shipping)
System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, watching movies, web browsing.
Are you buying a monitor: No.
Parts to Upgrade: Full Build.
Do you need to buy OS: Yes.
Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Newegg, but with this budget I am certainly not picky.
Location: SLC, Utah.
Parts Preferences: I prefer to stay AMD based.
Overclocking: Only if the build requires me to in order to achieve the gaming capability I am after.
SLI or Crossfire: Probably not.
Your Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080.
Additional Comments: My goals for this computer are to play League of Legends and Starcraft 2 on the highest settings with decent/high fps, that is all.

If you need an OS within the Budget I can make little adjustments but for the 700$ range this is a great build.

You'll need a new PSU , I think your better off using single cards anyways for the optimization so I wouldn't recommend it but heck yeah you can Crossfire with a better PSU
