I have a intergrated CPU and I ordered a Dedicated so my question is if I have a dedicated will it decrease the heat in my computer or at least on the CPU, The only fans I have are the one on the CPU and the one on the back of my case, is that enough or should I get more to cool it.

Solution
Depends on your temps. If they are good, I'd just leave it alone (aint broke don't fix it), if they are a bit high, start by cleaning out the inside of the computer with compressed air, NEVER use a vacuum. Focusing on the CPU and PSU (and GPU after you've had it for a while) mostly. You could try a additional case fan and see where that puts ya, but if temps are still high, then getting a better CPU cooler would be in order.
I think you can confusing CPU and GPU. I suggest running a free program called CPU-Z to find out what CPU, Motherboard(on "Mainboard" tab in CPU-Z) and GPU you have and post it here. Also, what is it that you ordered?

You can also run a free program called HWMonitor to watch your temps and depending on the model CPU you have, we sould tell you if it is running how.

If this is a OEM (i.e. Dell, HP), what is the Make and Model?

My bad I have a Intergrated GPU in the CPU or so and I was wondering if I get the Dedicated will the temp come down, also can you link me to the website. What are some temps that would be bad for your comp, Like whats overboard, whats good etc, I ordered the Sapphire R9 270.

As far as temps, for an example, my CPU idles around 38c and around 55-62c under full load. 70c+ is a matter to be concerned about, 90c+ is horrid. Moving the load off of the iGPU will help in a couple ways, but yes, I think the temps should drop some. Moving off the iGPU will increase performance considerably as you are freeing up RAM bandwidth and moving to a very superior GPU.

Thanks man, I think your the only person who has truly helped. One more question, should I purchase another fan or two to keep it cool?
