Hello everybody! I downloaded Skyrim 3-4 months ago and it ran perfectly at 60 FPS throughout the entire duration me playing it. Now, however, Skyrim is stuttering, and it has been this way for the past month. Most of the time, it is only when I am moving. Also, Skyrim takes around a minute to launch within Steam, this problem also came around the time of the stuttering. My PC specs are
