Colored Opening Screen

So the past few weeks when i opened my notebook from modes like hibernate and turned off when i unlock the computer in gives me a cyan colored screen until the UI appears.
This is very disturbing but is there a solution to this problem?

Well, if it's doing it prior to windows starting then it's not a driver problem, it's a hardware issue. That laptop is a few years old so the first thing I'd recommend is getting a can of compressed air and blowing out the fan and internals to remove any accumulated dust and dirt. You might even need to turn it over and remove the screws that hold the cover for the hard drive and memory one and blow that all out too. That's probably not going to fix your problem but it might help it keep cooler and hopefully keep it from developing further problems. The other options available are likely either a bad graphics adapter on the board (Or going bad), a bad connection in the wiring between the screen and the board or a bad screen (Or going bad). I've also heard of a bad drive causing issues in these but I cannot confirm this. You might try upgrading the hard drive, worst case scenario you'll have an extra drive that you can buy an enclosure for and use as a usb external drive. Best case it might fix your issue.
