Agreed. I'd suggest an Intel CPU though, like this one http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819117374&cm_re=intel_pentium-_-19-117-374-_-Product paired with this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128607&cm_re=gigabyte_b85-_-13-128-607-_-Product

It's over your budget, but as i7 said anything that cost less would be terrible for gaming.

You won't be able to build a decent rig that can play new games without spending more than you have available. The CPU and mobo I linked are pretty much the cheapest you can get that will get playable FPS in games. You could pair those two with a R7 250 if you can afford it. But you need to make sure the PSU you have will provide enough stable power.

i appreciate both of you - i7 and alex as i7 suggested that a pentium wont bottleneck an r7 250 and also its in less cost so now im going to purchase the r7 250 and one last question can you suggest me an nvidia card on same budget having slightly more better performance than this
