  1. You won't get a good cpu and mobo for under $120.

    Try - fx6300 7500inr http://www.flipkart.com/amd-3-5-am3-fx-6-core-fx-6300-fd6300wmhkbox-processor/p/itmdz2whghfbfxnw and
    Asus m5a97 7000inr http://www.flipkart.com/asus-m5a97-motherboard/p/itmd5ppvjzs6g5eu

Anything less will definitely not be good.

    Graphics card, try - r7 250 6000inr http://www.flipkart.com/sapphire-amd-ati-radeon-r7-250-boost-2gb-ddr3-2-gb-graphics-card/p/itmdqz82fnep7czg

Anything less is not worth buying

Agreed. I'd suggest an Intel CPU though, like this one http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819117374&cm_re=intel_pentium-_-19-117-374-_-Product paired with this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128607&cm_re=gigabyte_b85-_-13-128-607-_-Product

It's over your budget, but as i7 said anything that cost less would be terrible for gaming.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814487027&cm_re=gtx_750-_-14-487-027-_-Product this is one of the cheapest decent GPUs you could get for a decent price.
  3. my current build is
    Pentium 4 3.00 GHz
    idont know my motherboard
GPU xfx radeon hd 5450 oc
    psu 450 w
i only can reach upto 7500INR im not that rich and also my dad dont cares for the pc he only wants his work to be done for ex : typing in MS but he dont want to spend any money on this bloody 8 year old rig so unfortunately i can only gather 7000INR in a year so if i go for a processor my gpu would be the lowest one and if i go for the r7 250 it would be bottleneck by my processor i appreciate your help i7baby but if u can suggest lower than this it would be a great help for me as i am only a 14 years kid please reply me

    The pentium won't bottleneck a r7 250.

    Edit - see - http://gpuboss.com/gpus/Radeon-R7-250-vs-Radeon-HD-5450-PCI

I hope you haven't got an iball or zebronics power supply - house burners - though.

You won't be able to build a decent rig that can play new games without spending more than you have available. The CPU and mobo I linked are pretty much the cheapest you can get that will get playable FPS in games. You could pair those two with a R7 250 if you can afford it. But you need to make sure the PSU you have will provide enough stable power.
  6. i appreciate both of you - i7 and alex as i7 suggested that a pentium wont bottleneck an r7 250 and also its in less cost so now im going to purchase the r7 250 and one last question can you suggest me an nvidia card on same budget having slightly more better performance than this
