Is my PSU capable of running good GPU's?

Power Supply 500 Watt 12cm Fan ATX 12V V2.0 70% Efficiency Power Supply

Im a newbie im looking to upgrade my APU's GPU but confused by what my upper limit is for a GPU in terms of power supply. What does the above specs mean? Can anyone suggest a gpu for my PSU?

Without opening the case the TM is RoHS with a leaf logo on a green sticker ^^

With 5A current snd frequency of 50 to 60hz if that helps

If you can not find information on it.
There is as sticker on the side of the PSU, take a photo and post it, or just tell us the specs.

That isn't the model number unfortunately, you are going to have to give the stickers specs.

Wow that is a crappy PSU, no offence.

You only have 264W of usable wattage(assuming no degradation from aging).

You can not really add any decent graphics card to that PSU.

Ahh that sucks it was a cheap pre built pc anyway so expected it. Looks like im going to start with getting a decent psu which i wouldve avoided as it seems complicated to put together. Appreciate the help guys

Not so complicated. Just a bit of patience and you can build a PC yourself. :)
