Unsure what CPU Fan to buy

Currently in my rig i am using the stock AMD Fan and, since it is pretty low quality i can't really overclock with it, So i want a new fan. The question is, What should it be? I Have my eye on the ZALMAN CNPS9500A-LED 92mm 2 Ball CPU Cooler, It has great reviews, It will surely fit in my case and it fits my blue color scheme, But i am also considering the 212 EVO because it also has good reviews and it appears to be the best HSF On the market currently.

The 212 Evo is the best on a budget. Next one up from that I would go for would be the Phanteks TC12-DX, then you have the Noctua D15 and Phanteks TC14PE at the high end air coolers.

Budget wise I somewhat agree, but overclocking performance wise, the EVO is not the leader of the air cooling pack at all.

IMO budget wise the Xigmatek Prime would be the better performance choice.

But anyway you look at it cooling performance wise you get what you pay for.
