I decided it would be a fantastic idea to pee off my brother but cutting off his internet connection using NetCut.

Unfortunately, something went terribly wrong and the program ended up cutting everybody on my network. I re-installed NetCut and that seemed to fix it. But ever since, my family has been getting very slow connection time.

I used SpeedTest and found that our upload, download speed and ping are normal, but particular web-pages (Facebook.com, SteamCommunity.com) take quite a while to connect, and when they do they load up in plain text. This problem stops after about 10 minutes, but reoccurs later in the day.

Another problem I've been facing is that my ping in games such as DoTA 2 sky-rockets to 400 for a few minutes, then drops back down to 40.
Also, I'm using a BT Home Hub 5, if that's any help.

This has been going on for about a week. Since then, I've uninstalled NetCut, restarted my router router (a few times), and a few other things.
I'm, by no means, an expert. I'm really confused as to why this is happening. It would be awesome if you guys could help a scrub such as myself. :)

Feel free to ask for additional information, any help would be greatly appreciated! :)

Thank you for the reply! I reset my router via the little pinhole in the back. I pray that'll work. :)
