But the way, you only need 550 W PSU from a reliable manufacturer.

ALso you have a Z97 motherboard which is designed for overclocking but a 4670 (non-k) which can't overclock?
Since you are getting a CPU cooler, you really should change that. :)
You chose CLI10 RAM, try for CL9, should be similarly priced.
And yes, all your components will fit.
