A 650-700W would be fine.

550w quality brand like Seasonic/XFX/Antec would be fine for running stock with your system, and if you plan to overclock your CPU and GPU a 650w unit should suit you well. If you ever plan to SLI the GTX770 AND overclock then a 850w would be best. Hope this helps.

They are both good units and the EVGA PSU is cheaper and has more wattage. With the EVGA PSU you could run SLI later on with your GTX770. ;)  My vote goes to the EVGA unit, but this one would be good for the money as well:

Here is the EVGA unit you linked for a cheaper price with free shipping: http://www.ncixus.com/products/?sku=94405&vpn=220%2DG2%...

PS: You shouldn't need GPU cooling if you select a GPU with a good stock cooler, like the Twin frozer from msi, or Direct CU II from asus, or the windforce from gigabyte as a few examples.
