The 660 performs better, so I would advise against it.

Yes - as long as you have a good quality power supply and it can fit in your case.

GTX660 is more powerfull than 750TI. 750TI is the almoust the same as 650Ti Boost. So it will not be an "upgrade", it will be a downgrade.

The GTX 660 requires more power and is larger than the GTX 750 Ti; hence if the OP is capable of running a GTX 660, running a GTX 750 Ti would be no issue.

OP: As mentioned by others however, the GTX 750 Ti would be a downgrade. The GTX 660 is still a solid card and most would advise you wait for Nvidia's next series of GPUs; otherwise you could SLI or purchase a GTX 680/770, 780 or switch to AMD's R9 290 to notice a difference. Personally I'd stick with your current GPU unless you require more graphical "power."

All the best. :)

You could switch to a GTX 750 Ti if you wanted to. But the GTX 750 Ti averages 3-5 fps lower than a GTX 660. It wouldn't be worthwhile unless you have goals aside from performance.

For example, I recently switched from a GTX 660 to a GTX 750 Ti because I was rebuilding my PC into a small form factor, and the 750 Ti allowed me to cut power consumption, and keep the drive bays in my case since it's shorter.
