Ram Problem with windows 8.1 64bit

I added 4gb of ram with my 2gb ram in my computer, but my windows was 32 bit so only 2.99gb was readable so I installed 64 bit Windows but now My 4gb ram is not working........when ever i put that ram with my 2gb ram or without it, my computer stops at windows logo and restarts it self..................... my 4gb ram was working with 32bit Although it was not fully readabel but it was working...............and now it is not
I HAVE UPDATED ALL DRIVERS

Ok i tested i passed 2 scans and i observed that it was not scanning my 4gb ram so i rmoved 2gb ram and start ups but...some beep sound was coming and computer was not starting
so my kingston hyperx fury is not working so what can i do ??? can it be replaced it is just 1 week old i oderd it from ebay
