Then it's almost certianly simply a faulty mouse - ditch it and get a new one
If you wanna be absolutely safe and certain, run full antivirus and antimalware scans with the likes of BitDefender and Malwarebytes first, just in case.... but I think, in reality, your mouse itself is the issue
