I5 4690k and I7 4790k , wich will be more futureproof?

Im going to buy a new computer am im not sure which one comfiguration will be more futureproof: i7 4790k + gtx 760 or i5 4690k + gtx 770. It will be a pc for gaming and video rendering sometimes.

If you 'only sometimes video render' the i5 option with 770 would be better, the i5 can still render quite well, just not as well as a i7 obviously, but if you mainly PC game, a better gpu would be the way to go, and both can handle games very well so I'd go for the i5 option, mainly cause it's a better gpu

But some people says that the HT of the i7 is going to be very important in a few years, so it will make it more futureproof?
Notice that im not going to change my computer in about 5 years... :(

No, for gaming a i5 is what most people go for unless they render like every day or very frequently and peopel probably say that for marketing, making you buy i7's

I would go for I7 4930k,Why?,As you have already said that you are not going to change the pc for atleast 5years.Never just set your goals to "game only" CPU.If you think you can buy this with any LGA2011 Mobo while crawling in your budget.
