I'm building a gaming rig for my roomate with a console price ~$800

I'd like to change the motherboard to a red one one cause this one just doesn't fit my preferred color scheme, which is black/red. May change it to a more expensive or cheaper one but plz keep the total price below ~$850. He use this computer mainly for gaming so entertainment is not really a priority.

I spent lots of time researching on this build but still, I'm not a PC enthusiast or any sorts so plz leave some improvement/replacement down below. Tks

(Note: All the price is taken from NewEgg recently and ... my English is pretty bad, sr for that :))

Amazing Build , Only thing I'd do is spend a little less on the case and get a R9-280
So it looks like this

i5 build with a proper SSD instead of an FX build with a hybrid drive

I may want some overclocking with the CPU so the i5 wouldn't work
