I am planning to buy a 780ti but with my psu I see lack of cables coming out. Maybe I am missing something. Please feel free to answer.

That PSU is garbage, and it's not worth the risk to even try with a card as expensive as a GTX780ti. It always amazes me on how someone can spend $600+ on just a video card, and refuse to spend over $40 on a good quality PSU. You would most likely kill your card and or system with that PSU, but it's your money.

You need to get molex to pci-e coneectors to do it, but I HIGHLY recommend against it.
