Well, I am going to be getting the AMD Ahtlon x 760k & A78M-E35 Motherboard and the GTX 650 2Gb edition and I'm wonder once im done building the PC and ready to turn it on where do i plug my vga cable at? on the vga in on the motherboard or the graphics card first? Because the cpu doesn't have intergrated graphics im not sure the motherboard does either but if you can please check please do. So that's my question where to plug it in first Motherboard or Graphics card?

The Monitor of your system is going to be running on your gpu as your motherboard doesn't have integrated graphics. So unless you plug in your vga cable into the gpu,I doubt your monitor is going to switch on.

The drivers are to get the best from your graphics card - before you install them, Windows will make do with basic drivers that come with it
