A couple build questions/concerns

I have a couple questions. First, what's the major difference of USB 2.0 vs 3.0 and is it worth paying the extra. Second, if a motherboard has built in wi-fi do I need to buy the wireless card with the antennas? Bare in mind I'm a travel nurse so I won't be able to hardwire everywhere I go and will need a good connection. And third, I was pricing a build against an ibuypower machine and the pre-built came out cheaper for the same components plus some. Which would you do and why? This PC will be primarily for gaming. Thanks in advance.

The difference between USB 3.0 And 2.0 Is the reading speed, It doesn't really matter if you have 2.0 unless you're constantly using USB Flash drives.
And to be honest i don't know enough about wifi to answer the second question, And the pre-built is cheaper because big companies are trusted, and independent builders aren't.
