Heyyyy : )

Which combination is better?
My friend said the quad and that gpu is good, and it will play all games on high 720p and maybe on 2015
I disagree what he said...
I think stronger gpu is better for gaming +1 years at high 720p
So which combination is better?
It is just my curiosity, and maybe telling him that is not true xd :)

Graphics power is what matters in gaming the most.

The I3 + GTX660 will perform considerably better in games.

I think it much more depends on the games and the settings you want to use. At low resolutions the higher memory bandwidth on the 660 might not be all that much help, but if you want to use high end textures and anti-aliasing then the memory being only 1GB on the 750 might end up being an issue, but that's easily fixed by just turning down the texture settings a notch.

I think the performance would be very similar between the two I think it would come down to what you do outside of gaming. If it's a pure gaming rig and you are playing MMO's like Wow then the i3 is probably better in the long run. If you are playing well threaded CPU heavy game and or doing lots of video editing, or other media processing, or other CPU heavy tasks outside of gaming then the i5 would probably be better.

Long story short, it's not as easy as one is absolutely better than the other, they will each be better at different things.

How about 4460 and GTX 660? The best of both worlds.
