MSI Z97 Gaming 7
Sapphire Radeon Vapor X R9 290
Intel Core i7-4790K (Will maybe change to Broadwell)
Corsair Hydro H100i
Crucial Ballistix Tactical Tracer 16GB
Samsung 840 EVO 120GB
Seagate Barracuda 1TB
Corsair AF120 Quiet 120mm LED Fan x2
Corsair AF140 Quiet 140mm LED Fan

The build costs 2 137$ ATM
Is it anything I should change?

I chose that one because I really don't want to upgrade PSU next time I'm upgrading other components

Well, that would be a waste for me (Around 20$ difference between 1000w and 850w) But what is wrong with the motherboard? Any better Z97 boards you can suggest?

unless you plan on running another 290 AND overclocking i would stick with 850W or so. otherwise there really is no reason to go over 700W, as that provides plenty of headroom as it is.
