High pitch(maybe coil whine during boot)

Well i just got my new GPU Sapphire 270x 4 gb and when i start my computer i hear high pitch noise during boot just for 1 second before bios screen appear.Can this be harmful or is this normal?
Specs
PSU:CM Thunder 500W
MB:Intel DB75EN
CPU:i5 3450
GPU:Sapphire 270x 4 gb
RAM: Kingston 1333 Mhz 2x4gb

It possible i dont think that power supply is very good so it could be coil whine. Usually you only here coil whine when the computer is off tho.

what do u mean off?I hear it just for a second when i push my main power button.It is for very short period of time.But my main question should i BE WORRIED?

You have a poor power supply , and if it's PSU coil whine it won't go away.

I would get a better power supply anyways.

This is weird i read about coil whine, it usually sounds when gpu is under load but i get it only when it starts could it be sound of fans starting?

It's probably ok , just make sure it doesn't get worse or starts to happen even after start up.

If so return it.
