Please Help Me

I went and did compressing in my c drive and when I wanted to restart the pc gives me the following message, ( BOOTMGR IS COMPRESSED) and I can do what I want but can not get into the pc.

please help

I bought the pc from a mate of mine and the hard drive was full to capacity.

You will need to try a Windows Repair of a disc.

Just kidding, Get a new HDD And re-install windows.
