GPU not giving signal

So i upgraded to a new motherboard & gpu.

but the problem is, its not showing screen sometimes i hear it boot to windows though and everything works except, the screen is black..

I upgraded to a Club3D HD 6950 & an ASRock G41M-VS3 R2.0.

I have a quite new 700 Watt PSU so it shouldnt be my psu.

I can think of two things that could be causing this. The first is that it may be a problem with how your BIOS is set up. Does your mobo have on-board integrated graphics? You might have to go into the BIOS and change it so that it uses the PCI-E slot instead of the on-board. The second possible cause is that it may just be a faulty graphics card. If the the first solution doesn't fix it, try calling tech support for the company that made your card.
