As the title says, I'm looking for the best sub-$300/$325 360mm watercooling kit. Post your answers! :)

Also, if you're feeling froggy. I am building a new machine for $1600 USD. I already have the video card (ASUS R9 290X, picked it up for $180), so no GPU is needed in that $1600. Watercooling with a 360mm and a red/black theme is a must. This is optional, some people find this fun so I figured I'd add it in.

Hehe, pretty damn lucky it was. A local guy was selling his entire PC for $700 to repair his car transmission (8350, h100i, 8GB, 1.5TB storage, 290X, Corsair Carbide Air 540 case) Really nice setup. My friend needed a PC and only had $520, so I gave him $180 and he gave me the card as per the deal, he got two 560 Ti's in return. Hell of a deal if you ask me. :D

AC has some nice flow going there. I'm currently looking to cool the Maximus Formula VI/VII as it has built-in support. So Motherboard, CPU, and GPU. Space won't be an issue as I'm getting the Enthoo Primo case, going to have 6, 95CFM Cooler Master Jetflow fans on each 360mm rad. Should get pretty icy. Overclocking is a hobby of mine so I'm going to push the 4790K to its absolute limits for daily use >:D If you have any recommendations on 120MM fans that have higher than 95 CFM but aren't ungodly noisy let me know. I can tolerate fan noise pretty well, doesn't bother me much but it can't be an insane amount either.

why higher than 95cfm if your going watercolled you'll need some static pressure fans, like noctua, corsair, and cougar. i would look at build your own kits if you have the money. go on youtube and look for a guy named jaystwocents he has the need to know with watercooling and shows step by step and everything
