Solution
Well first off, you wont be able to run Watch_Dogs at ultra settings with that budget. There have been many graphical/performance issues with that particular game. In order to fully max out the settings and actually be able to play the game you would have to really splurge.

That being said, you can still afford a great GPU for the amount you're looking to spend, that will play other industry leading games at full ultra settings.
After browsing the selection on Flipkart.com, I would recommend going just slightly over budget and picking up the "Galaxy NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770 GC 2 GB DDR5 " for 31,003 INR. However, if your budget is tight and cannot be pushed, I would recommend the "MSI NVIDIA N770 TF 2GD5/OC 2 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card "...

Both manufacturers are good names in the card industry, however, the Galaxy has a higher core frequency (by 65MHz) which will make for a slightly smoother experience in-game.

As for a monitor, on Flipkart.com I would recommend the "Asus 21.5 inch VS228NR LED Backlit LCD Monitor" at 11,204 INR. It's a good size, LED backlit, 50,000,000:1 contrast ratio, 5ms response time, full 1080p, and Asus is one of the best names in computer hardware.

Thank You for your reply @harboym.

So if Watch_Dogs would not run, both GTA V and Batman Arkham Knight would not run either.

What if I do an SLI ? I can certainly do it in couple of months time. Should I then consider "Galaxy NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770 GC 2 GB DDR5" or the "MSI NVIDIA N770 TF 2GD5/OC 2 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card". As in how much of a difference would it make if I use either of the 2 GFX card ?

And yeah, the "Asus 21.5 inch VS228NR LED Backlit LCD Monitor" seems about right. Thank You.

Just to be clear you could still play Watch_Dogs, just probably not at full max settings. I have a dual 660 ti sli and have to turn down AO, AA, and a few other things to get it to run smoothly. This is due to lack of optimization in Ubisoft's coding/programming. GTA V and Arkham Knight shouldn't have this same problem and could probably be maxed out on a 770 (hard to say before release).

I wouldn't rule out sli (I am a fan) but there are a few things to consider when pondering it.

  • Do you actually need it? Best to test favorite games with one card and buy second when you decide you need more driving power.
Some games will not be able to utilize sli and it will need to be switched off to play those games.
The second card should be the exact same card for best performance.
You may also have to upgrade your power supply.
    etc..
Between the two cards it is really personal preference. The higher core frequency on the galaxy will not provide a large difference, so the question lies mostly on which manufacturer to go with. Personally I would buy the galaxy because I haven't had the best of luck with MSI products, and galaxy cards are known for their good cooling power, however, the MSI card will do what you want if you're not looking to spend the extra ~4000 INR / ~8000 INR for sli.
