If this is for gaming, get 8gb RAM, an i5 and use the saved money to get a gtx780.

PSU is also WAY overkill.

actually your build is an overkill for gaming you dont need i7 an i5 4690k would be enough you cannot see i7 full potential in gaming unless u are doing rendering or 3d modeling etc.....
16 gb ram is too much for gaming 8 gb is all u need extra ram doesn't means better fps...
850 watt is an overkill for 770 650 watt would be enough for the build unless u are planning to sli in future......
so reduce your cost on these and get a r9 290 or a gtx 780 for better performance in games and future proofing the build...

okk then i7 and 16 gigs are good for the build but still i will stick to the PSU part ....if not sli 850watt is an overkill..

Your original build is fine then. I would consider a cheaper board as your probably aren't going for world record overclocks, which that board is basically designed for.
