My PC that I built with the AMD A6-6400K has been having internet bandwidth problems. It ranges from about 3 Mbps to about 10, where other computers on my network get about 20 Mbps.
I changed out the motherboard and hard drive, and it shot up to 23 Mbps. Then after installing the Windows updates, it went back down to 3 Mbps.
Anyone hear of Windows Updates causing bandwidth problems? As long as I don't install the updates, it stays at 23 Mbps. After, it drops down to about 3 Mbps.
