Hi I just bought 2 Enermax fans:
Enermax Magma Advance 120mm
Enermax TB Silence PWM 120mm
They both sound a bit too loud to me, I read in every review that you can barely hear the TB Silence at 1500rpm... Well I can hear it, and loudly.
Here are two videos, the Magma Advance was set to 1500rpm, the so called "Silent Mode"

1. They are installed in the case:

2. They are next to my case:

That noise when the fan spun up. And When it is on. A bad fan. Get a different one, from a good brand. Corsair and Cougar are 2 good brands, Noctuas if you can afford them. THEY do have a cheaper series that is just as good.
