no boot options?

im building my own pc with the biostar ta970 mobo and i get into the bios to change my boot options in order to install windows 7 and there are no options where there should be some?

To navigate to boot options you need to do the following:

1. Turn off your PC
2. Turn it back on and repeatedly tap the F8 button on your keyboard
3. This should bring up a windows boot option screen allowing you to boot from CD Drive/safe mode/etc.

If you want to boot from you WIN 7 CD, do the same thing except, press F12 to boot from you WIN 7 DISC.
