How much RAM do you need for gameplay recording on Ultra 1080P?
Does 8gb is enough? or should I get 16?
Do I need a fast ram (for example 2400mhz).
(I am still saving money I already saved 600 USD :D , I am planing to get much higher)

More about ram gameplay recording ultra 1080p
  1. I would say 8gb is fine, but to be safe, 16gb might be better and no, faster clocked RAM doesn't matter, you only see the difference during benchmarks
  2. For recording purposes 16GB is best. As you're going to record, you're probably going to upload to some sort of Social Media, like Youtube. For that, you'll do a bit of editing, hence 16GB will make your work easier and also faster.
  3. Thank you, you answer really fast, I will go with 16gb RAM.

May I recommend the corsair vengeance pro? It's a bit more expensive than the normal corsair vengeance but a tad bit faster so you might see a improvement in uploading and rendering etc.

What Do you think about this RAM? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820211774&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=
It has the same price and it's 2400Mhz

here's the link to that corsair vengeance, and I've not heard of Adata RAM before, it's better if you just go mainstream and go with a tried and trusted product, you have to make sure your mobo supports that RAM frequency aswell, also, there are better looking RAM if you wanted
  8. What about G. skill Are they good company?

yeah they'll do fine, but just remember to check your motherboard and see if it's compatible with your RAM frequency
  12. Look at the latency of the RAM, the 4th one is the best, as it has lower latency. And the motherboard apparently supports ddr3-3000Mhz RAM, that's what the website says at least. http://www.msi.com/product/mb/Z97_PC_Mate.html#hero-overview
  13. Okay, Thank you.
  14. I doesn't say it supports it, though sometimes unsupported RAM frequencies do work, but to be safe, go fo =r ram with 2133 frequency
  15. It does say that it supports it, it says it supports "DDR3 1066/1333/1600/1866*/2000*/2133*/2200*/2400*/2600*/2666*/2800*/3000*(*OC) MHz" RAM. But lower speed won't change much anyway.

ahh sorry i was looking at the link the OP sent me
  17. Someone with the same motherboard and RAM sticks said that's work good:
"Pros: Installed in a MSI Z97 Gaming 7, set the XMP profile to 1 and the ram is running at the rated speed, fast and with no issues. Would highly recommend this ram.

    Cons: None."
