Which GPU can play all the games on low-medium (40 fps ATLEAST)?

Hey guys, I am looking for a cheap-ish gpu for my PC.
it's a core 2 quad q6600 , with 4 gigs of ram.
My monitor is 1440x900.
I would like to know what's the cheapest GPU that can play ALL the games on ATLEAST low @ 60 fps. (It should have around 40 on medium.. doesn't really matter)
I'm gonna play alot of games, such as watch dogs.
I don't really care if it's nvidia or ati.

To get at least 60 FPS on lowest settings on a game such as Watch Dogs, you will need a pretty decent card ranging from 200-300 dollars. As well as a good CPU. Watch Dogs is a multithreaded game meaning, it does better with more cores. You say you have a "2 core quad" I am not quite sure what you mean by that. But I assume you mean the intel Quad CPU @2.4ghz. You need at least an AMD R9 270. Your CPU will hold back a good GPU.

Okay, maybe not on watch dogs. atleast a gpu that can run everything else at around 60 fps? under 100 euros ofcourse... I'll tell you some games to help you: Assasin's creed 3, battlefield 3, sleeping dogs, counter strike global offensive, Call of duty black ops 2. i don't care if i get 30 fps on some demanding games, i want atleast most of my games to be around 40-50 fps on low..... (Yes i just lowered my standards)

Yeah but.. I don't have money.. (or so they tell me... freaking parents bullshiting me).
I would love to buy a card like this , but they won't give me alot of money.. (it took me a month to get 20 euros.)
If it helps you, i'll put a limit.. 70 euros. that's it. I don't think that i can get more money.

It is the best GPU in your price range, if you can't get another 10 euros then get the 7750, but honestly, if you can wait or maybe squeeze 10 euros out of your parents, the 7770 will be much more worth it.

For under 70 euro ($94 US), the best you'll find is likely an Amd R7 260x, Though I have seen a few used R9 270's go for around $100 US on ebay lately...
Used market may be your best bet. Could also look at used GTX 560ti, GTX 650...
